2. Payment Guidelines
We charge 100% advance payment for all services listed on the website unless otherwise negotiated and documented in a separate client contract. All payment gateway fees, transaction charges, and applicable local taxes are to be borne by the client at the time of purchase.
3. Revision Policy
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer revisions on delivered drafts. The revision requests must be submitted within the following parameters:
- Standard Window: Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (extended to 14 days under specific packages).
- Minimum Turnaround: The minimum standard turnaround time for revision edits is 24 hours.
- Urgency Tier Schedule:
- For projects with an initial deadline up to 24 hours: Revision turnaround is 24 hours.
- For projects with an initial deadline between 24-48 hours: Revision turnaround is 48 hours.
- For projects with an initial deadline of 48 hours and above: Revision turnaround is 72 hours.
4. Project Requirements
All core requirements, milestones, outlines, and reference documents must be discussed and finalized with our project management team before work officially begins. Service level disputes will be resolved strictly based on the requirements agreed upon at the project start, these Terms and Conditions, and standard reasonable business practices.
5. Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our book writing and publishing support. Our refund structure operates as follows:
Refund Conditions:
- You may claim a full refund before we begin working on your project details.
- Once the creative work has initiated, any approved refund will be processed after deducting transactional fees and proportional costs for the work already completed.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of order delivery. If no claims are received within this period, it constitutes absolute client satisfaction with the order.
- Simply changing your mind about a service after purchase does not warrant or justify a refund.

Nothing in this agreement or your use of this site constitutes any joint venture, legal partnership, direct employment, or legal agency relationship between you and American Author Hub.
